Beaufort completes facility with Danehurst for 166-bed student accommodation project in Egham

Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a facility to Danehurst Developments, a specialist developer of purpose-built student accommodation, for a development project in Egham, Surrey for students attending Royal Holloway, University of London.

The GDV is forecast to be in excess of £30m and will be delivered by HG Construction. The facility was completed in twelve working days in December.

Beaufort completes facility for Inland Homes plc for significant regeneration project in Cheshunt

Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a facility with AIM-listed Inland Homes plc, for the first phase of a significant mixed-use development in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.

The entire site, situated adjacent to Cheshunt station, and which includes the former Tesco HQ, will deliver 1,725 new homes, including a minimum of 185 affordable homes, along with approximately 200,000 sqft of commercial space and a two-form entry primary school. The projected GDV of the completed project is forecast to be around £620m.

Beaufort finances £70m residential scheme in Chelmsford

Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a residential development facility for a £70m scheme being undertaken by prominent local developer, Marden Homes.

The project, near Chelmsford, will be the final phase of the Channels masterplan, and will deliver 128 family houses and apartments on land which previously formed part of Channels Lake Golf Club. A number of the units will benefit from lakeside frontage and private jetties.

Beaufort completes second student accommodation development deal with Torsion Group

Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a second development facility with Torsion Group, for the development of a student accommodation property in Coventry.

The development will consist of 210 student cluster beds, arranged between 4 and 9 beds per cluster. Amenities will include a gym, cinema room, bicycle storage centred around a striking rotunda structure. The development is forecast to be complete in time for the start of the 2020 academic year.

Beaufort Completes Hampstead Residential Development Project

Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a mezzanine investment to support a multi-unit residential development in Hampstead, North London, in partnership with a well-established private equity firm.

The development is located within a short walk of Hampstead Heath and the amenities of Hampstead village. Boasting over 19,500 sqft of internal area, the units will be finished to a very high standard with substantial landscaped gardens.

The GDV of the development is anticipated to be in excess of £25m and is scheduled to be completed by Q4 2020.

Beaufort Completes Glasgow Student Accommodation Development

Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a mezzanine investment to the Soller Group to support the development of a new-build student scheme on Dunblane Street in Glasgow.

Scheduled for completion in Summer 2019, the 301-student bed development will be built close to and in conjunction with the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, one of the top five performing arts institutions in the world. The RCS was founded in 1845 and counts Prince Charles as its patron and Cameron Mackintosh as president of the University. The project will provide students with a wealth of amenities including; five bespoke sound-proofed music practice rooms, a dance studio, a gym, cinema room, study halls, two roof terraces and a sky lounge.
