Beaufort is pleased to announce the successful completion of a facility for the development of an aparthotel in central Edinburgh.

The project is being delivered by one of the largest aparthotel operators in the UK.

The project involves the careful restoration and conversion of a listed office building into 64 high-quality aparthotel suites, with an estimated GDV of £30 million.

Beaufort Completes Funding for £200m Mixed Use Project in Camden

Beaufort is delighted to announce the recent completion of a facility to fund the acquisition and planning costs of a mixed-used scheme in Camden, London.

The proposed development once consented will consist of student accommodation, residential and commercial office space. It is anticipated that planning consent will be obtained in early 2024 and the scheme delivered by 2027.
