Beaufort is delighted to announce the recent completion of a facility to fund the refinance and development of a mixed-use project in Covent Garden, central London.
The proposed development will consist of 12 high-quality apartments and approximately 5,000 square feet of office space.
The project comprises the refurbishment of the existing building, with additional floorspace added to the roof of the building.
The GDV of the proposed development once completed is forecast to be approximately £30m.
The completed development will boast air-to-water heat pumps to provide low-cost and low-carbon heating and hot water to the apartments, as well as new green roofs and dedicated cycle storage.
