Beaufort Completes Development Facility for Two New-Build Care Homes in Wiltshire

Beaufort Capital is delighted to announce the completion of a facility to fund the development of two new care homes in Wiltshire.

The developer is a highly-experienced and well-regarded developer and operator in the care sector. With more than forty years of experience developing and operating care homes, the family-run business boasts an impressive portfolio of homes across England.

The two homes in Wiltshire will provide a total of more than 140 beds, providing much-needed high-quality care to their local areas. Both homes are forecast to open before then end of 2026.

Both homes will boast extensive communal spaces including dining options, cinema, residents’ lounge, hobby / craft rooms, private gardens and other resident amenities. Both homes will also offer dementia and respite care, as well as general elderly care.

Joe Flaherty of Beaufort Capital said, “We are thrilled to have completed this facility with such a leading developer and operator in the care sector”.

These two homes will provide local residents with best-in-class care and will be welcome additions to the group’s already impressive portfolio.

“We look forward to seeing these two sites take shape over the coming months, and working with the group on further development projects in the near future.”
