The project is being delivered by one of the largest aparthotel operators in the UK.
The project involves the careful restoration and conversion of a listed office building into 64 high-quality aparthotel suites, with an estimated GDV of £30 million.
These thoughtfully designed suites will each comprise a kitchen, ensuite bathroom, and private lounge spaces. On-site amenities will encompass a communal lounge area, 24-hour concierge, gym, and weekly cleaning services.
