Beaufort Completes Residential Development Facility in Berkshire with Burrington Estates
Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a development facility to fund the development of 93 high-quality family homes in Binfield, Berkshire. The development will be undertaken by Burrington Estates, a well-established developer based in the South West.
The development is set across two sites and features a mix of detached and semidetached
three and four bedroom homes, each with large private gardens. The development will also feature affordable homes, as well as landscaped communal gardens. The first units are forecast to be completed by Q1 2022.
The new development is located in Binfield, a picturesque village in Berkshire, just a short drive from Bracknell, Wokingham and Reading.
Burrington Estates has delivered over 350 homes since their inception and have
completed more than 20 development projects in both the UK and Europe.
