Beaufort Completes Residential Development Facility in Caterham with Antler Homes plc
Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a facility to help fund the acquisition and development of 48 high-quality family homes in Caterham, Surrey.
The project will be undertaken by Antler Homes plc, a highly experienced and multiple award-winning home counties house builder.
The site is located adjacent to woodland and provides easy access to Caterham town centre, the train station as well as local schools and amenities. Comprising 38 openmarket and 10 affordable houses, the development will provide a mix of semi-detached and detached homes, set within landscaped communal gardens.
The first homes are forecast to be completed by Q1 2022, and the project has a forecast GDV in excess of
£25m.
Founded in 1972, Antler Homes has delivered over 3,000 new homes and specialises in combining traditional detailing with contemporary design. Their projects include a range of energy efficiency initiatives which their suppliers are required to support them on.
