Artisan Real Estate sells Beaufort-funded Leeds site to Casa by Moda
One of Beaufort’s long-term clients, Artisan Real Estate, has completed the sale of a six-acre site in Leeds to Casa by Moda, the single-family homes arm of developer and operator Moda Living.
The development will provide 223 highly-sustainable family homes in this desirable location in Leeds.
This project was one of the very first schemes that Beaufort supported with its stretched-senior development fund. The sale of the site is testament to Artisan’s ability to deliver quality and sustainable homes.
