Beaufort is delighted to announce the recent completion of a facility to fund the acquisition and planning costs of a mixed-used scheme in Camden, London.
The proposed development once consented will consist of student accommodation, residential and commercial office space. It is anticipated that planning consent will be obtained in early 2024 and the scheme delivered by 2027.
The GDV of the proposed development once completed is c. £200m. This landmark development will provide communal gardens open to the local community as well as creating employment opportunities.
