Simon Le Marquand joins Beaufort as Director of Portfolio Management
Beaufort is delighted to welcome Simon Le Marquand as its Director of Portfolio Management. In this role, Simon will be responsible for overseeing the projects that Beaufort is funding, as well as assisting with new business origination and due diligence.
Simon has over 35 years’ experience in the Construction industry that includes advising property owners and funders on site viability, construction costing and project monitoring with draw-down certification.
Prior to joining Beaufort, Simon was head of the Development monitoring team at Cluttons LLP, an international firm of Chartered Surveyors.
Simon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Surveyors
