Beaufort Completes Two Residential Development Transactions
Beaufort is thrilled to announce the recent completion of two residential development deals in Edinburgh and Surrey. These transactions will provide a total of 120 new houses and apartments.
These two deals represent £40m of development finance being provided by Beaufort.
The project in Edinburgh, which will comprise eight townhouses and 87 apartments in central Edinburgh, involves the complete refurbishment of 7 existing buildings and is being undertaking by a well-established Edinburgh-based developer.
The project in Surrey involves the construction of 25 apartments across two blocks with all units benefiting from outdoor space in the form of private garden, terrace or balcony plus generous communal grounds and gated car parking.
This is Beaufort’s third transaction with this very experienced award-winning developer.
