Beaufort Completes Facility for £30m Warwickshire Development
Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a residential development facility for a £30m scheme being undertaken by prominent local developer, Piper Homes.
The project, in the village of Pickford Green near Coventry, will deliver 115 family houses, comprising 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms within a rural setting with substantial green space.
The Birmingham-based developer currently has eight projects being delivered in locations across Coventry, Worcester and Cotswolds with a combined forecast GDV of c.£80m.
