The \u00a326m senior facility will support the refinancing and development of the site, which will specialise in the provision of elderly and dementia care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
The facility will be structured in two phases: an initial \u00a32 million refinancing, followed by the main development funding upon planning approval for a revised scheme. The new facility will feature state-of-the-art amenities, positioning it as a premier choice in the local area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The property, once developed, is projected to have a stabilised GDV in excess of \u00a350 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The borrower is a major UK provider of long-term care and consistently ranked as a Top 20 recommended UK care home group. The new care home will feature state-of-the-art amenities, positioning it as a premier choice in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
