In this new role, Mark will be responsible for overseeing Beaufort’s projects from a legal perspective, as well as assisting with business origination, structuring and due diligence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Mark began his career in 1997 at Citibank NA. He joined Allen & Overy LLP in 2001 where he subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2003. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has also worked in private practice at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and in-house at SAV Development Ltd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mark has a first-class law degree from The University of Sheffield and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Chinese Law from Peking University in Beijing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
