Beaufort Capital is delighted to announce that it has closed \u00a3200m of lending in the first half of 2022 to support approximately \u00a3450m of GDV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These facilities will fund the development and planning enhancement of projects in London, the South East, Midlands, Yorkshire and Scotland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
The lending has come from Beaufort\u2019s recently-launched \u00a31bn stretched senior debt fund, and has been rovided to both repeat and new developer clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In spite of the well-documented challenges facing the wider economy, Beaufort has continued to support high-quality developers across all asset classes, remaining consistent on leverage and pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among the recently-completed transactions include: 124 residential units in Edinburgh, 426 PBSA beds in the Midlands, 78 apartments in Surrey and 263 apartments and townhouses in Leeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
