Beaufort is delighted to announce the completion of a residential development facility for a \u00a330m scheme being undertaken by prominent local developer, Piper Homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
The project, in the village of Pickford Green near Coventry, will deliver 115 family houses, comprising 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms within a rural setting with substantial green space.
The Birmingham-based developer currently has eight projects being delivered in locations across Coventry, Worcester and Cotswolds with a combined forecast GDV of c.\u00a380m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
